Applies to the SurahKids app (com.surahkids.app), published by Abdullah Ghani.
You can delete your SurahKids account yourself, from inside the app, at any time. You do not need to contact us and you do not need to explain why.
| Data | What happens |
|---|---|
| Your account and sign-in details — email address, or the Google or Apple identity you signed in with | Deleted |
| Your name, including the name set for a child | Deleted |
| Your profile photo | Deleted from storage |
| Your progress — stars, streak, completed surahs, bookmarks and review queue | Deleted |
| Any suggestions you sent us | Deleted |
| The copy of your progress held on your device | Cleared |
Deletion is immediate rather than scheduled, and it is not reversible. We cannot restore an account or its progress once it has been deleted.
Deleting your account does not cancel Premium Yearly, because the subscription belongs to your store account rather than to your SurahKids account. Cancel it first:
The Lifetime unlock is a single payment and never renews, so there is nothing to cancel.
If you have lost access to your device or cannot sign in, email support@surahkids.site from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm it is you, delete the account, and write back when it is done — normally within a few days and no later than 30 days.
An account is optional. The app works as a guest, and nothing is sent to us until you choose to create one. If you only ever used it as a guest, there is nothing on our servers to delete — uninstalling removes the progress stored on your device.
